Update: They were able to do the entire job in one day. I have yet to try the fireplace, but as I said above, the job comes with a good warranty. I'm not worried. I can recommend these guys. They delivered as promised.

They brought in mats to put down inside the front door and took off their wet shoes on it so they didn’t track in dirt onto the floors and carpet. Also laid down mats in front of the fireplace to protect carpet from any dust or soot that may have come out of the fireplace. Overall, excellent experience and will be using them again and referring to any friends that need fireplace/chimney work!
