Update: They were able to do the entire job in one day. I have yet to try the fireplace, but as I said above, the job comes with a good warranty. I'm not worried. I can recommend these guys. Now it works great! Our communication with Jayson before the repair was be email and we were able to discuss options and settle on the type of repair that worked for us.
