It was in very poor repair and was crumbling. Only issue we had was dust and soot in basement laundry room because opening was left unplugged during demolation. Spent 5 days cleaning up in basement. Jason and Rhonda were upset with their worker for neglecting to plug the hole. They were very accommodating and gave us a generous deduction from our final bill. In spite of this cleaning issue, we do not hesitate in recommending Fox Chimney. The customer service was quick to respond and resolved our problems
