While they were preparing the chimney for the installation of the new exhaust piping, they discovered a leak in our roof/chimney that we would have never discovered, without their in-depth inspection. While it's going to be a costly repair for us, I am sure the Fox Chimney team saved us some future dollars, as well as additional frustrating water issues. We are very pleased with our new fireplace. Update: They were able to do the entire job in one day. I have yet to try the fireplace, but as I said above, the job comes with a good warranty. I'm not worried. I can recommend these guys. They worked with my schedule, showed up on time, good communication before and the day of service and were polite and efficient. I plan on definitely using their chimney services again and recommending them to others.

Our chimney had to be torn down from the roofline up and rebuilt using stone, so the expertise offered by Fox was critical and we feel the cost was fair for the work that needed to be done.
