Update: They were able to do the entire job in one day. I have yet to try the fireplace, but as I said above, the job comes with a good warranty. I'm not worried. I can recommend these guys. They delivered as promised.

They provided expert and professional services to install our brand new Napolean gas fireplace. While they were preparing the chimney for the installation of the new exhaust piping, they discovered a leak in our roof/chimney that we would have never discovered, without their in-depth inspection. While it's going to be a costly repair for us, I am sure the Fox Chimney team saved us some future dollars, as well as additional frustrating water issues. We are very pleased with our new fireplace.
