Our communication with Jayson before the repair was be email and we were able to discuss options and settle on the type of repair that worked for us. Fox Chimney did a service call on my Jotul gas stove. They worked with my schedule, showed up on time, good communication before and the day of service and were polite and efficient. Our chimney had to be torn down from the roofline up and rebuilt using stone, so the expertise offered by Fox was critical and we feel the cost was fair for the work that needed to be done. We plan to hire again for routine service and cleaning, so we can have safe fires for decades to come!

They identified our problems and were able to fix/repair in the same visit. They took rooftop pictures and were able to show us the before and after photos.
