They are the first chimney cleaning company that has cleaned and serviced our fireplace to this level. They identified our problems and were able to fix/repair in the same visit. They took rooftop pictures and were able to show us the before and after photos. We had two other chimney companies and neither came anywhere close to the service we received from Fox. Fox Chimney has gained a new customer! Thank you!

Update: They were able to do the entire job in one day. I have yet to try the fireplace, but as I said above, the job comes with a good warranty. I'm not worried. I can recommend these guys.
