They identified our problems and were able to fix/repair in the same visit. They took rooftop pictures and were able to show us the before and after photos. During the pandemic it was a challenge for everyone to get parts. They came from Rio to Mt. Horeb. Jayson was on time and quality service. I plan to have Fox Chimney due some work on my wood burning fireplace in the future. Highly recommend Jayson and his team.
