- Darrell P.12/01/2021Recently had our original chimney removed from our 107 year old house. Was only being used to vent the water heater. It was in very poor repair and was crumbling. Only issue we had was dust and soot in basement laundry room because opening was left unplugged during demolation. Spent 5 days cleaning up in basement. Jason and Rhonda were upset with their worker for neglecting to plug the hole. They were very accommodating and gave us a generous deduction from our final bill. In spite of this cleaning issue, we do not hesitate in recommending Fox Chimney. The customer service was quick to respond and resolved our problems

Update: They were able to do the entire job in one day. I have yet to try the fireplace, but as I said above, the job comes with a good warranty. I'm not worried. I can recommend these guys. They delivered as promised.
