John E.3/02/2021We are in mid-job. But so far I can't be any happier with the service. They are out working in bad weather so I can have a working fireplace. God bless 'em! Their quoted price was fair and comes with a pretty good warranty.
Update: They were able to do the entire job in one day. I have yet to try the fireplace, but as I said above, the job comes with a good warranty. I'm not worried. I can recommend these guys. They delivered as promised.

While they were preparing the chimney for the installation of the new exhaust piping, they discovered a leak in our roof/chimney that we would have never discovered, without their in-depth inspection. While it's going to be a costly repair for us, I am sure the Fox Chimney team saved us some future dollars, as well as additional frustrating water issues. We are very pleased with our new fireplace.
