Our communication with Jayson before the repair was be email and we were able to discuss options and settle on the type of repair that worked for us. They identified our problems and were able to fix/repair in the same visit. They took rooftop pictures and were able to show us the before and after photos. We had two other chimney companies and neither came anywhere close to the service we received from Fox. Fox Chimney has gained a new customer! Thank you!

During the pandemic it was a challenge for everyone to get parts. They came from Rio to Mt. Horeb. Jayson was on time and quality service. I plan to have Fox Chimney due some work on my wood burning fireplace in the future. Highly recommend Jayson and his team.

Update: They were able to do the entire job in one day. I have yet to try the fireplace, but as I said above, the job comes with a good warranty. I'm not worried. I can recommend these guys.
